Itemare OÜ, registry code 17309345, Jõe tn 5, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tallinn, 10151, Estonia, provides certain operational and technical services under a Data Processing Agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) and acts as a processor.

To purchase digital products, you may be required to create an account. You must provide accurate, current information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Payments are processed by licensed Payment Service Providers (PSPs). Under PSD2, Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) may be required; you may be redirected to your bank’s verification flow (e.g., 3‑D Secure). PSPs and banks may place temporary holds, request additional verification, or decline transactions for fraud prevention or compliance reasons. By placing an order, you agree that such payment terms also apply.

Digital products are delivered electronically after successful payment. Delivery is considered complete once the download link or license key is provided. You are responsible for safeguarding access credentials or download links.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use purchased products for permitted purposes. You may not redistribute, sublicense, resell, or claim authorship of the products.

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy available at https://unlocksy.net/refund-return-policy. If you are a consumer residing in the EU, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days unless you request immediate access to digital content. By initiating download or activation, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU.

Digital content is supplied in conformity with the contract. In case of lack of conformity, consumers are entitled to remedies under applicable law (repair, replacement or proportionate refund, or termination where statutory criteria are met). Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

We reserve the right to request identity verification or additional information to comply with anti-fraud, AML, and KYC obligations. Failure to provide requested information may result in suspension or cancellation of your transaction.

Before initiating any chargeback, you agree to contact our Support and allow us to resolve the issue. We cooperate with PSPs and card schemes in dispute resolution and may temporarily suspend access to affected products during investigation in cases of suspected abuse or friendly fraud.
The EU ODR platform has been discontinued by the European Commission; therefore, we do not provide an ODR link.

All content on the Website, including text, images, code, and digital assets, is owned or licensed by Qubeletum OÜ or its partners and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You must not copy, distribute, or modify any content without authorization.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights under applicable EU law (including the ability to bring proceedings in the courts of the consumer’s habitual residence).
