This Policy applies to purchases of digital products on https://unlocksy.net and related subdomains. “Digital Products” include 3D models, textures, animations and related digital assets. “Consumer” means an individual acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession.

Qubeletum OÜ is the Merchant of Record and controller for sales made via unlocksy.net. Itemare OÜ (registry code 17309345, Jõe tn 5, 10151 Tallinn) provides operational and technical services under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) and acts as a processor.

If you are an EU Consumer and you have NOT requested immediate access to the Digital Product and have NOT started any download or activation, you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract. To exercise the right, submit a clear statement via the methods in Section 10 within the withdrawal period.
Refund timing & method: we refund without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days from your withdrawal notice, using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, and at no cost to you. We may withhold the refund until we verify that no download/activation occurred.

If you choose immediate access to Digital Products, the right of withdrawal lapses once the download or activation starts. At checkout we display a dedicated, unticked checkbox requiring your explicit confirmation that (i) you request immediate supply and (ii) you acknowledge losing your 14‑day withdrawal right when the download/activation begins.

Digital content is supplied in conformity with the contract. In case of lack of conformity not caused by your device or environment, you are entitled to appropriate remedies under applicable law: bringing the content into conformity, proportionate price reduction or termination where statutory criteria are met. These remedies apply irrespective of any withdrawal waiver.

Beyond statutory rights, we may grant refunds in the following non‑exhaustive cases: (a) failure to deliver a download link or license key within a reasonable time after successful payment; (b) technically invalid or non‑functioning key where replacement is not feasible within a reasonable time; (c) duplicate purchase by mistake (unused/ non‑activated second license). Our primary remedy is re‑delivery or replacement; if not possible, we provide a refund.

Refunds do not apply where Digital Products have been downloaded or activated after you requested immediate supply and acknowledged withdrawal waiver. Refunds may not apply where your device fails to meet the minimum system requirements that were clearly disclosed prior to purchase. Misuse, license violations, or fraudulent activity may void eligibility and result in account suspension.

Refunds are issued using the same means of payment as the original transaction. We do not charge fees for statutory withdrawals. Refund amounts are processed in EUR; exchange‑rate differences applied by your bank or card scheme are outside our control. If VAT was charged, credit notes reflect the applicable VAT treatment.

Before initiating a chargeback, please contact Support so we can investigate and resolve the issue. We cooperate with our payment service providers and card schemes during dispute resolution and may temporarily restrict access to affected licenses during an investigation if abuse is suspected.
